Ruswin is assisting customers in simplifying the process of ordering Restricted Key systems. The Restricted Keys process involves a high level of security, and it is necessary to link all systems to an account before keys can be ordered. Only nominated signatories associated with the system can place orders.

If you already have a Restricted Key system with us and want to establish online key ordering, register your details below and contact us at 1300 787 946 to coordinate the setup.

Alternatively, if you hold a Ruswin Restricted Key but are not a nominated signatory, Ruswin requires the nominated signatory to contact us to arrange an online account.

For general key inquiries, please visit one of our retail outlets. Locate the nearest one to you at locations. Our stores are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
